Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date on non-personalized or custom items. The item must be in new condition, with packaging if applicable. To start the return process email info@shopthepaperdress.com with the order number, item, and reason for return.
No returns accepted on personalized items.

Need your order yesterday? Rush orders are available on request. Fees and expedited shipping vary by product.

We make sure that our custom products are put into production immediately upon order to expedite customer satisfaction, meaning cancellations are unavailable.
Returns
No returns accepted on personalized items. Oils from your skin, lotions, & perfumes can transfer to the earrings and need to be cleaned periodically. To clean your earrings wash with mild soap and dry with a soft cloth.
